4. How do I list a product or service?

Simply sign up, go to your dashboard, and click “Add Listing.” Fill in your details, upload images, and publish.

5. What can I sell on Joburg.biz?

You can sell a wide range of offerings including:

  • Products (retail, secondhand, handmade)
  • Real estate, rentals, and more
    Listings must comply with our content and legal policies.

6. Are there any fees for sellers?

9. Is Joburg.biz responsible for delivery or payment?

No. Joburg.biz is a marketplace only. We connect buyers and sellers, but all transactions, payments, and deliveries are arranged directly between both parties.

10. How can I report a suspicious listing or user?

Please click “Report” on the listing or contact us at support@joburg.biz. We take reports seriously and will investigate.

11. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the Login Page, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the steps to reset your password.

12. How do I edit or delete my listing?

Login to your dashboard, go to “My Listings,” select the one you want to change, and click edit or delete.

13. How do I cancel my membership?

If you’re on a paid plan, go to your dashboard > Account > Membership and click cancel or contact support for help.
